A major flaw has been found in the XML-RPC library. This library is found in many software packages based on PHP. From discussion forums to blogs to CMS systems many PHP software packages use the XML-RPC.

I heard about the flaws and had taken full preventative measures on all sites across all of my servers within hours of the vulnerability being found. You can read more about the vulnerability at Netcraft.
