Website Growth

GrowthAnother new month marks the time when I gather statistics and review the past few weeks. However instead of my usual recap of the previous month’s stats, I’ll share how things have been going for the past several months.

While I won’t share any actual figures or tell which color is which broker, the slope of the graph itself will tell the story. There is still one source I’ll still need to add data for (the top red figure above the orange) however omitting it here won’t make much of a difference in the representation.

As you can see, things do continue to climb at a remarkable rate. I doubt those kind of growth percentages can last for much longer. What the graph also doesn’t show is the second half of January was quieter than the first half of January. There were a couple of significant events specific to one of my sites that attributed to phenomenal traffic levels in the first two weeks of January.

If things continue that way into February (as I expect they will) then February will not likely have nearly as much growth, and perhaps even a small decline from January with three fewer days in the month. But, you just never know…. Perhaps that secret new site I’ve been slaving over will get lots of traffic this month when I release it to the public…

I’ve never experienced such explosive growth on my site in a ~28 hour period. ;-)
